Scanlio is a document scanner for your phone or computer. Point your camera at a page, and Scanlio finds the edges, straightens and cleans it up, reads the text so you can search it later, and saves it as a PDF, PNG or JPG — optionally straight into your Google Drive, OneDrive or iCloud Drive folder.
No sign-up needed to scan. Cloud storage is optional.

Your data, explained
Scans stay on your device. Documents, text and settings are stored in your browser. Scanlio has no accounts and no servers that receive your files.
How Scanlio uses Google Drive. If you choose to connect Google Drive, Scanlio asks for the drive.file permission only. This lets the app create files and folders and save your scans into the Drive folder you select. It cannot see the rest of your Drive. Scanlio's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is never sold, used for advertising, or shared with others.
OneDrive and iCloud Drive. OneDrive access is used only to list your folder names (so you can choose one) and to save the files you export. iCloud Drive uses your device's folder picker or share sheet.
